Abrasives

Abrasives are coloured for better differentiation and also for corporate design reasons. The aim is to signal immediately: This is a specific grit for a specific application or this is an abrasive from a specific manufacturer.

Pigments or pigment preparations are used to colour the "bond" or the surface layers. Pigment preparations are ground and stabilised dispersions of pigments in liquid form, which can be precisely dosed in small quantities and are easy to handle.

Extensive delivery programme

For the coloring of abrasives, scholz offers a comprehensive range of pigments as well as corresponding pigment preparations.

Furthermore, apart from to the basic finishing of the fabric, the top layers can be provided with antistatic properties by using, for example, graphite or our suitable pigment preparations. Abrasion and grinding dust can thus be better removed.

Our organic or inorganic pigment preparations, in combination with the scholz dosing technology, offer an optimal combination for perfect results. Due to the exact dosing and the residue-emptyable delivery containers, you will not lose any material.
